1.What is OTRS Recommendation may be plainly defined as any opinion, point of view or proposal in order to settle an issue. A recommendation system includes studies carried out for systematic collection, evaluation and putting a solution suggestion into practice and communicate such suggestion related to the issues such as work, working environment, products or services, quality, occupational safety which may be of benefit to the company and employees. 2.What are the objectives of OTRS? The basic objective of OTRS is to help Ozanteks develop in every area by seeking creative, innovative, corrective, preventive and optimizing recommendations of the stakeholders of Ozanteks (employees, suppliers, other relevant institutions and organizations and customers) and evaluating, putting such into practice and following the results thereof. The objectives of OTRS may be defined as the following; · To increase customers’ and employees’ satisfaction, · To improve occupational and product safety, · To improve the quality of working environment, · To increase the quality of in-house communication, · To increase motivation of the employees, · To increase the efficiency and performance of the production, · To increase product quality, class="content-font" · To find out ideas on new products, · To create new ideas for RE-DE regarding the development of the company |

3.What are the benefits of OTRS? 3.1. For employees Basic objective of OTRS is to establish a simple and easy bridge to enable the problems, opinions and recommendations of all stakeholders of Ozanteks, primarily its employees to be transferred to the management organs. All our employees may use the request boxes for their recommendations or alternatively send them through internet. As your recommendations are assessed and put into practice, you may contribute to the development of Ozanteks. And this, in turn, may be of benefit to our employees morally and materially. As our employees’ sense of belonging becomes stronger, their satisfaction will increase. The success of OTRS depends on support of our employees. 3.2. For the Organization Any issues overlooked by the management may be revealed within the organization and may present a solution by creating awareness. As a result of such awareness, all employees may become a solution partner and help an understanding of transparent management develop. Thanks to recommendation put into practice, competitive power of our company will increase. 3.3. For the Customers The quality of products and services will increase thanks to OTRS and thus we will be able to have our customers satisfied. As long as the customers are in close contact with us, process controls and traceability may become simpler for the customer. Furthermore, certain innovative criteria such as improvement of corporate identity and image of Ozanteks, offering more quality products and services to the customers will be developed during OTRS process and continuous improvement will be achieved. 3.4. For the other relevant entities With recommendation system, more coordinated business partnership may be developed by the regulations to be made in terms of increasing efficiency, improving quality, customer satisfaction, developing products and process, saving materials and time, decreasing costs and increasing occupational. |

4.How does OTRS work? You may leave your recommendations in orange colored request boxes placed within the facility by completing the relevant form and also you may log in our web site and submit such. Recommendations shall be collected from the boxes and web site by the person in charge of OTRS on the 1 st and 3rd Fridays of each month and pre-assessed by RE-DE/Continuous Development Unit on the 2 nd and 4thMonday of each month. Any recommendations approved during pre-assessment will be reviewed in detail on the 2ndand 4th Friday of each month by Recommendation Review Board consisting of Ozanteks General Manager, Production Coordinator and RE-DE/Continuous Development Unit Manager. Any recommendations found appropriate during review will be communicated to RE-DE/Continuous Development Unit and appropriate recommendations will be finally assessed on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month. They are assessed by the person in charge of OTRS at RE-DE/Continuous Development Unit and an academic advisor, if any. Appropriate projects may be small ones for improvement or comprehensive RE-DE projects. For smaller ones, company’s own financial capacity is used. Regarding the projects for which financial support is needed, a project is prepared in accordance with the specified formats for government subsidies. The person in charge of OTRS at RE-DE/Continuous Development Unit and an academic advisor, if any will give points- award. At the same time, the person in charge of OTRS will prepare the required reports at certain intervals and help OTRS develop. |

5. Who is in charge of OTRS? Manager of RE-DE/ Continuous Development is in charge of OTRS. However, process owner is the General Manager of Ozanteks Tekstil. |
